Terms of Service

Beep & Boop generates original brand characters from your descriptions. You get what each pack lists — briefs, renders, contact sheets, and kit exports — delivered to your account library.

Characters you lock are yours, with full commercial rights. We retain no license to use your characters in our marketing without your permission. You may not use the service to imitate existing intellectual property — the system is designed to refuse, and so are we.

All packs are one-time payments processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Generation budgets per pack are shown as plain counters before and during use.

If the product didn't work as promised — identity drift, failed sheets we couldn't fix — write to support@beepandboop.com within 14 days and we'll make it right or refund you.

No unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to generate characters resembling real people or protected IP. Freeform inputs pass moderation before generation.

We'll email you about material changes to these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
